Be With the Tao

Be With the Tao

To be with the Tao is to be with yourself.
You must focus your energy
and silence your thoughts.
You must stay quiet,
only listening to the world around you.

Follow the Tao,
into a serene and beautiful destination.
Leave your worry behind you,
and allow yourself to relax.
Let a waterfall of peace wash over you.

Breathe along as waves form and break,
delicately across the horizon.
Listen carefully as each wave crashes,
each one withholds its own secret.

Channel your inner self,
the Tao will guide you.
Become whole once again,
equal with Yin and Yang.
Be with the Tao.

To be with the Tao means to be with yourself.
