Rooted in the Tao

Immerse yourself in the sparrow’s song,
Let it guide you through the hardships and temptations,
Until you fully embrace what the moment brings,
Releasing your inhibitions,
Prevent the cluttering noise of the world from entering your ears,
Only then does the sparrow’s song begin to flow,
Through your bones, your heart, your lungs,
Creating the very breath that keeps you alive.

Break the tether that keeps you connected to this world
And you will finally be truly freed,
Freed from desire
Freed from lust
Freed from manipulation,
Then the sparrow spreads its wings and is embraced by the air,
Flowing through the trees, the sky, and the people,
Life can flourish and the world begins to sing,
The sweet song with no end as much as beginning,
Let go of anything that grounds to this world,
And the song itself grows your roots expanding and connecting,

Rooted into your very being and the sparrow itself.

  3. Very cool "freed x3" aspect. The way you connected the sparrow with bones, heart, lungs, to humans and freedom is really inspiring and is good provocative imagery of the thought of existentialism. Great work
