Live and Let Live
We are constantly thinking
Never emotionless
Anxiety travels through our veins
Uneasiness tiptoes into our chest
We turn to the people around us
And the comparison game commences
We analyze our flaws and imperfections
Fret over why they exist
But the only error that we have made
Is failing to remember
That there is a barrier
A barrier so powerful and strong
It enables us to solely focus
On our journey
On our path
And no one else’s
It forces us to cave in
And to simply just be
If all hell breaks loose
Then so be it
We must move on
and live and let live
This is really neat. I like the way that you tell people to just "go with the flow" in a new wording. I also like the metaphor for the flow of the universe.
